Do you guys have a refund policy?

First off, I hope your server is working well for you. It does not seem to be operating as a validator yet, since it does not look like there is significant traffic from/to it. Is there an issue we might help with?

Regarding your question, are you thinking about cancelling your service and asking for a refund now — or are you just asking about this in case you might change your mind in the future?

Sorry to keep you waiting, I have asked regarding your question about adding a GPU, unfortunately The servers we offer are standard configurations approved by Solana. and the option to attach a GPU is not yet available.

Is there a chance we can figure out a pro rata refund for the remainder of the month? To the address that made the payment. I wasn’t Able to get the servers running in an ideal manner
